Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities across the Qatar market.

  • Leverage an established network to identify projects, generate qualified leads, and secure customer meetings.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across government, enterprise organizations, consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and solution presentation through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.

  • Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, commercial, and delivery teams to develop customer-focused solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, tender responses, account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.

  • Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners.

  • Achieve agreed revenue, gross margin, pipeline, and customer acquisition targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in one or more of the following technology solutions is highly preferred:

  • Data Centers, Cloud, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, and Networking

  • Cybersecurity, SOC, Identity Management, Endpoint Security, and Data Protection

  • ELV & Smart Building Solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, BMS, and IoT)

  • ERP, CRM, Workflow Automation, Document Management, and Business Applications

  • Managed Services, Annual Maintenance Contracts, and Digital Transformation Solutions


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of direct technology sales experience in Doha, Qatar.

  • Established network across government, semi-government, enterprise organizations, consultants, contractors, developers, and major commercial clients in Qatar.

  • Proven ability to generate business through existing customer relationships and market knowledge.

  • Experience selling ICT, ELV, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Software, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Qatar procurement, tendering, and decision-making processes.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales opportunities and closing business.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
