Integra Projects and Facility Management (IPFM) company in Qatar Online Interview - Immediate Departure.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems while ensuring smooth facility operations and SLA compliance.

The candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of building MEP systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Electrical Engineer (3 Yrs Degree in Electrical)
• Electrical Supervisor (3 Yrs Diploma in Electrical)
• Mechanical Engineer (3 Yrs Degree in Mechanical)
• Mechanical Supervisor (3 Yrs Diploma in Mechanical)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance of MEP systems / Facilities Management and healthcare facilities maintenance,
• Electrical Technician (3 Yrs Diploma / 2 Yrs ITI)
• HVAC Technicians (3 Yrs Diploma/2 Yrs ITI)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance of MEP systems/ Facilities Management and healthcare facilities maintenance.
• Mechanical Fitter & Welder (2 yrs ITI/1 Yr Professional Trade Course Certificate)
• Plumber (2 yrs ITI/1 Yr Professional Trade Course Certificate)
• Carpenter (2 yrs ITI/1 Yr Professional Trade Course Certificate)
• Painter (2 yrs ITI/1 Yr Professional Trade Course Certificate)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service sector and in healthcare facilities maintenance.
