Upon successful completion of the training program and certification requirements, trainees will be eligible to work as Casino Dealers in a professional gaming environment. Key Responsibilities Attend and successfully complete all casino dealer training sessions. Learn and demonstrate proficiency in dealing various table games according to company procedures and gaming regulations. Maintain accuracy in chip handling, payouts, and game operations. Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a professional and friendly manner. Explain game rules and procedures clearly to players when required. Ensure all gaming activities are conducted fairly and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor gaming tables for irregularities and report any concerns to supervisors. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to responsible gaming policies and ethical standards. Requirements Essential Qualifications Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). High school diploma or equivalent. Strong numerical and mental arithmetic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented with a positive and engaging personality. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and evenings. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, gaming, entertainment, or retail environments.
