Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end handover process in compliance with Ashghal requirements
Ensure timely submission and approval of all PDLM deliverables
Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and authorities
Track asset documentation, drawings, clearances, and approvals
With a solid background in Ashghal handover procedures and can efficiently drive project close-out.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-10 yrs total experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Ashghal infrastructure/road projects
Proven experience coordinating with GEC and PWA
Must have previous Ashghal and Consultant approval
Strong expertise in PDLM system and related handover deliverables
Thorough knowledge of non-PWA assets and stakeholder coordination
Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation
Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation
Strong coordination and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field
with MMUP/UPDA
Local hire with valid Qatar ID & Driving license
