Job Summary

TheLead Qualification Specialist is responsible for managing and qualifying interested leads before they are assigned to the sales consultants

The role acts as a bridge between the call center and the sales team by ensuring that only serious, qualified, and interested clients are transferred to sales consultants for presentations and closing.

The specialist will contact potential clients, understand their requirements, explain project details, assess their level of interest, and schedule meetings or presentations with sales consultants. The role also includes continuous follow-up and courtesy calls to maintain a high customer experience standard and improve lead conversion efficiency.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and telesales, with good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, projects, payment plans, and customer behavior.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive and manage interested leads transferred from the call center team.
  • Contact leads promptly to assess their interest, requirements, budget, and purchasing timeline.
  • Explain project details, unit types, locations, payment plans, and investment opportunities professionally and confidently.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined sales criteria and determine readiness for sales engagement.
  • Schedule presentations, meetings, or site visits between qualified clients and sales consultants.
  • Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and proper follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead information within the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture interest and maintain engagement.
  • Perform courtesy calls to ensure client satisfaction and enhance customer experience.
  • Support the sales department by ensuring sales consultants receive only qualified and serious leads.
  • Achieve lead qualification, appointment-setting, and conversion support targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, lead qualification, or real estate sales is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, including major areas, developers, and payment plans.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain projects and investment opportunities in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under targets, deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
