Own, lead and drive the continuous developmentto support business sales and operations.

This includes:

  • Platform implementation and application support for -

o  Credit Control Management

o  Number Management

o  GIS integration for geographic customer data

o  Routing and validation for wired line services

o  Supply Chain Management

o  Network Inventory Management (NWI for Fixed Routing and Validation)

o  Treasury operations and collections

o  Pre-activation prepaid

o  Premium dealers and Mass market sales systems

§ Technical support for product development business users, including:

o  SIM lots ordering from Manufactures

o  SIM quality testing

o  Manage encryption/decryption process for SIM card

o  Load & Configure different SIM card types and specifications

o  Handle new technologies and type of market change. E.g. Nano, Micro...etc

o  Generate and validate voucher serial number

§ Pre-activation & commission system process and sales for Prepaid service

o  Ensure the availability of sales stock for Ooredoo and commissioners

o  Validate Pre-activation process cycle

o  QA for delivered batches to market

o  Reconciliation of pre-activated batches among network elements and CRM systems

o  Interface with live network element to build commission flow for sold services

o  Voucher tracking and commission system

§ Network elements and number management systems

o  Manage/ develop number life cycle from generation till recycling

o  Manage / develop ETR modules and access

o  Ensure network identifiers availability for sales and customer orders

o  Manage availability of network identifiers among live network elements- switches

o  Handle network identifiers for IP TV & FTTH products

o  Ensure consistency between CRM systems and network identifier

o  Develop and Configure number portability dependencies  

§ Support treasury operations in

o  Day to day reconciliation activities among all payment channels

o  Automate treasury operations to ensure efficiently

o  Build & Customize dashboard reports

o  Coordinate with third party service providers for collection and payments

o  Customizes CRM tool in accordance with process derived specifications and established priorities. Thoroughly tests customization prior to bringing changes in "live system".

§ Development and maintenance including:

o  Technical design of new products/ change requests

o  All in-house configuration and development of platforms and products/ services

o  Platform and applications maintenance/ modifications based on change requests from market-facing BUs

o  Providing Level 3 customer support (Customer Services call centre being Level 1, NOC within Operations and Maintenance at Level 2, Data Center and Application Platforms Operations within Operations and Maintenance at Level 3).

§ Critical mass of in-house capabilities for development of effective solution design in line with business requirements, and implementing configuration changes in-house for change requests

§ Assist BU Requirement Analysis in development and maintenance of service portfolio for all CRM/ OM related services provided by Application Platform Design and Development

§ Ensure that the CRM & business support applications and platforms are aligned with the overall Technology Architecture

§ Ensure compliance of all CRM & Business support applications and platforms with the security and revenue assurance policies and guidelines provided by Service Assurance and Security team

§ Contribute as a subject matter expert in design methodologies and solution architecture from design perspective

§ Identify testing strategies, tools, priorities and metrics

§ Ensure timely monitoring and management of KPIs in order to meet defined targets, and manage timely reporting of KPIs to the next management level

Skills

§ Strong development skills in Asp.Net MVC Framework, C#, jQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap CSS

§ Strong development and consuming skills in Webservices, Rest API

§ Strong development skill in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server & Oracle Database

§ Knowledge in integrating with 3rd party components like Scanner, Bank POS & Signature POS.

§  Client-Server/Web systems, Unix/Linux systems.

§ Knowledge of Java plugins and formatting of the APIs
