We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and manage client inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining an organized reception area.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining client records, and supporting daily office operations.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Support the team with any other administrative duties as required.



Skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a reception or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-traffic or service-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office software.
  • A positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
