*** Hiring for Heavy Equipment Sales Engineer ***

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for XCMG heavy equipment.

2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

3. Provide technical support and insights to clients to promote XCMG equipment

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

5. Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals to prospective clients

6. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

7. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

8. Work closely with the service and parts department to ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in line with company policies.

10. Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to identify and secure new business opportunities.

11. Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy to expand the client base for XCMG heavy equipment.

12. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

13. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions using XCMG equipment.

14. Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.

15. Present and demonstrate XCMG equipment features to prospective clients, both in the field and during on-site visits.

16. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage any financial queries or disputes in coordination with the finance team.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in a dealership Workshop

3. Fluency in English, written and oral; Arabic preferred

4. Solid understanding of technical specifications and features of heavy equipment

5. Strong negotiation and communication skills

6. Valid Qatar driving license and willingness to travel as required
