QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience in quality assurance or school improvement processes.
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of K-12 educational standards, school databases (e.g., PowerSchool), and accreditation processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Mastering both languages, Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in data science, Education, or a related field.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality assurance frameworks in education.
- Experience with K-12 instructional and operational evaluation processes.

JOB GOAL:
The Data Analyst and Quality Assurance Lead is a dual-role position responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on students, staff, and parents while ensuring that all school programs, teaching practices, and operational processes meet quality standards. This role is critical in supporting data-driven decision-making and ensuring continuous improvement across the school. The individual will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff to foster a culture of quality and accountability.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Data Collection & Management:
- Gather, manage, and organize data from various sources, including student assessments, attendance, behavioral records, and data from staff members and parents.
- Maintain databases to ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data.
2-Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze student performance, behavior, staff and parents data, and school program data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and achievement gaps.
- Develop and deliver reports for stakeholders (teachers, administrators, parents) to support data-driven decisions.
- Create data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) for straightforward interpretation of complex data.
3-Strategic Decision Support:
- Provide insights to support school leadership in curriculum design, student intervention strategies, resource allocation, staffing, and professional learning.
- Collaborate with staff to design and implement assessments and data collection tools.
4-Quality Assurance & Monitoring:
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks for academic and operational processes.
- Conduct regular evaluations of educational practices, curriculum, student assessments, safety measures, and administrative processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
5-Process Improvement & Continuous Development:
- Identify areas of improvement within instructional programs, operational systems, and student services.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, set measurable objectives, and track progress toward school improvement goals.
6-Compliance & Accreditation:
- Ensure the school complies with local and international regulations and assist in preparation for accreditation and audits.
- Collect and organize documentation for school audits and reviews.
- Participate in developing strategic plans and manage the follow-up on their implementation.
7-Training & Support:
- Train relevant staff on using data systems, interpreting data, and adhering to quality standards.
- Guide staff in developing actionable steps for quality improvement based on data insights.
8-Data-Driven Quality Assurance:
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to assess the effectiveness of academic programs, instructional practices, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with school leaders and teachers to use data in improving academic programs, student interventions, and operational processes.
