Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery or similar role in a luxury hotel or reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, including decorating and finishing methods.
- Creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional bakery and pastry creations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Culinary certification or relevant qualification in Pastry/Bakery is preferred.
