Role Summary
The incumbent is primarily responsible for executing the branding/ rebranding plan in the branch and ensuring that all variables, measurements and data are taken into consideration when implementing/ installing branding items.
Role Description
- Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
- Consider how internal and external longer-term issues affect area plans.
- Support strategic planning activities and communicate plans to the internal and external customers.
- Anticipate business units’ need and ensure comments and approvals are delivered on time.
- Encourage and guide people in exceeding set standards on service delivery.
- Clearly articulate the vision behind branding and re-branding merchandise into practical processes and initiatives.
- Deploy and manage customer focused initiatives in order to bring positive cultural change.
- Assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests.
- Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time.
- Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives.
- Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.
- Act as a custodian of the branding guidelines and ensure all branding items are being delivered with respect to these guidelines.
- Check the placement of the logo, the reality of the image and the location of the website,
- Ensure the use of the correct font size and colours.
- Ensure full step alignment and existence of selected symbols.
- Manage any branding request internally or externally.
- Communicate any need for exceptions in the guidelines to the SEVP in a detailed manner and seek approval if possible.
- Evaluate work accuracy on the basis of abiding by the guidelines.
- Develop Brand promotional items.
- Manage and monitor stands for conferences and events especially for special customers such as QNB first.
Qualifications
- University graduate with a degree in Business advertising, marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advertising or logistics preferably with a local/ Gulf bank entailing responsibilities of event management.
