Admixture Sales Engineer

  • Establish, develop, and maintain effective customer relationships to drive sales operations related to Target Market Concrete, aiming to achieve set turnover, profit, and market share forecasts.
  • Conduct weekly inspections at designated batching plants to assess technical requirements and report any customer-related technical issues.
  • Expand market coverage and identify opportunities in new market segments.
  • Achieve annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Manage debt collection from customers and support the accounting department with receivables.
  • Provide necessary reports, planning, and sales forecasts.


Skills

  • Preferably a diploma or equivalent in Chemistry, Mechanical, or any Engineering discipline.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Ready Mixed Concrete or Precast Industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outgoing personality with strong organizational skills.
