About the job Youth Conference Coordinator - Native Arabic Speaker (1 Month Contract)

  • Responsibilities mainly focus on the administrative support, communications with internal/external stakeholders and direct hands-on management of the event.
  • Communications with local external partners and vendors
  • Liaise with internal departments (Communications, Events, Procurement, etc.)
  • Coordinate meetings with the organising committee
  • Organise logistical arrangements for international speakers and workshop facilitators
  • Provide regular updates to the Engagement Department including communication with external partners and internal departments; any matters related to logistics (venue, catering, marketing); any matters related to speakers, workshop facilitators, participants etc.



Skills

Requirements:

  • Must have experience organising logistics for similar large-scale events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Demonstrated effective communication, networking, and coordination skills
  • Cross-cultural skills and the ability to work with professional team members from different cultural backgrounds
  • Must have Excellent English communication skills and Native Arabic speaker
