Job Summary

The job purpose is to shape and beautify the client nails, either toenails or fingernail/s. Providing manicures and pedicures is the main focus of this job, with many different versions of these services. Attending and participating actively to continuous professional development initiatives proposed by the management such as training and demonstrations is a critical aspect of this position, as it is taking part to the launch and presentation of new treatments.

Job Responsibilities 1

  • Make a proper client consultation and demonstrate excellent service.
  • Give clients advice on style and treatments and suggest colors and style ideas.
  • Offer nail art, nail treatments, manicures, pedicures and nail extensions, gel, hand and foot massages to clients providing end-to-end service, from preparation and planning of the treatments, to ensuring that finished results are to client's satisfaction.
  • Advise on minor nail and skin problems and suggest specific treatment.
  • Maintain a professional, co-operative and friendly attitude.
  • Operate job cord and give it to the reception to receive the payment.
  • Keep the spa equipment in good condition.
  • Use products in the right amount to avoid wastage.
  • Greet and welcome oil guests with professionalism, creating a personal rapport with each customer, whilst being respectful to the demographic of the individual.
