Responsibilities:

1. Support project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects in the oil and gas and telecom industries.

2. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

3. Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

4. Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.

5. Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports, to facilitate communication and decision-making.

6. Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration and resolve project-related inquiries or challenges.

7. Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

8. Support project managers in evaluating project performance, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvement or optimization.

9. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

10. Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.


Skills

Preferred Industry Experience: Oil & Gas / Telecom

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, with 3-4 years of experience

3. Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in project management software, MS Office suite, and collaboration tools.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

8. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and operational processes.

9. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
