A Field Collector is responsible for collecting outstanding debts from clients or customers in a timely and professional manner. They will be required to visit clients in person to negotiate payment plans, issue reminders, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. They should also have a solid understanding of financial transactions and be proficient in using collection software and tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Visit clients in person to collect outstanding debts.
2. Negotiate payment plans and agreements with clients.
3. Issue reminders and follow-up on overdue payments.
4. Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the collection process.
5. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and transactions.
6. Provide regular updates to management on the status of outstanding debts.
