Job Summary

 

  • To achieve financial and non-financial sales targets of all the assigned products.
  • Understand customer’s requirements and advise solutions based on the policies and guidelines set by the Bank
  • Meet customer expectations by providing complete information and providing accurate & timely feedback.

Key Accountabilities

  • Acquire new business relationships (employer/organization) and explore associated opportunities.
  • Present banking products and services to potential companies/ customers.
  • Provide quality service to customers/ companies at their door step

Other Accountabilities

  • Manage relationships with assigned CB@Work/ non CB@Work companies/ key contacts as per bank’s given guidelines.
  • Identify the potential companies for listing under “Approved List”, obtain required documents and prepare the file. 
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in retail banking products
