Job Summary
- To achieve financial and non-financial sales targets of all the assigned products.
- Understand customer’s requirements and advise solutions based on the policies and guidelines set by the Bank
- Meet customer expectations by providing complete information and providing accurate & timely feedback.
Key Accountabilities
- Acquire new business relationships (employer/organization) and explore associated opportunities.
- Present banking products and services to potential companies/ customers.
- Provide quality service to customers/ companies at their door step
Other Accountabilities
- Manage relationships with assigned CB@Work/ non CB@Work companies/ key contacts as per bank’s given guidelines.
- Identify the potential companies for listing under “Approved List”, obtain required documents and prepare the file.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in retail banking products
