Job Summary
Acts as a reliable back up to the waiters, keeping items stocked up, clearing and preparing tables and generally
pre-empting the servers’ needs.

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately Ensure food is served in
accordance with safety standard Assist the servers with table setting by getting and placing appropriate
tableware, eating utensils and napkins

1. Open and close shifts according to runner checklist. 2. Ensure quality standards in service by checking and
running prepared food and beverages. 3. Implement standards set for practices to ensure food safety. 4.
Support the server in table clearing and setup. 5. Respect grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
6. Respect assigned duties and schedule. 7. Attend and participate in all briefings and trainings. 8. Maintain a
good and professional communication with colleagues and leaders.
