Job Description:
- Software Technical Support will provide software consulting services and work with clients to resolve ERP/POS/Restaurant applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Software Installation, Implementation Reinstallation and Troubleshooting
Desired Profile
- Bachelor degree in IT
- Good knowledge in finance module, Supply Chain, POS, and HRMS Application.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge in Retail Solutions (POS, Accounts & Supply Chain Application).
- Good Knowledge of SQL queries
- Good in English, Read and Write.
