A reputable uniform company in Dubai is looking for a Male/Female (Tailor/Master Cutters) with the following responsibilities:
- Measures customers
- Cuts patterns and fabrics for shirts, trousers, and jackets for Males and Females
- Tries garment when prepared, on customer and marks with chalk any alterations to be made.
- Supervises making and finishing work and finally fits garment on customer
- The individual must be proactive, hardworking, and have an eye for detail in order to succeed in this role. The candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of cutting and stitching all types of fabrics
- Strong knowledge of pattern making and cutting
- Able to cut fabrics as per the pattern and measurements
- Can perform alterations/modifications when required
- Attention to detail, in order to avoid any mistakes
- Design, pattern draft, and tailor fabric together
- Driving License an added advantage
