  • Greeting incoming customers and directing them to available mechanics

  • Providing customers with detailed information about all available parts options provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and by aftermarket parts manufacturers

  • Advising customers about part warranties and potential cost savings

  • Helping the customer decide between repairing a vehicle and trading it in for another one

  • Consulting with mechanics on behalf of the customer about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs

  • Managing the service center’s scheduling and the workflow of the mechanics

  • Contacting customers to update them on the status of their service, notifying them of any possible changes in their service and when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

  • Answering customer questions about the outcome of their service
