To ensure success, Career Counsellors should be accessible and authentic with excellent communication skills and a profound interest in helping students to attain their academic and career goals.

Job Description:

• Guiding students on university/college application procedures
• Answering inquiries from potential student clients and make sales of education service
• Advising potential students on education opportunities in different countries
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
• Evaluate student's attributes and assist them in realizing their objectives
• Maintaining excellent relations with potential students through school visit or social media
• Informing and selling all of the education services to potential clients
• Accept the line manager's task allocations and report sales figures each month.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by the management, complete evaluations, analyze results and provide purposeful feedback.
• Help students the right university or programs for their needs.
• Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students

Requirements:

Skills:

• Two years of work experience as a counselor in a student recruitment firm.
• A good understanding of education systems
• Strong ability of international student customer relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree (essential).
• Be able to work effectively, but also be able to work independently, resolve problems and make decisions when appropriate.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
• A fluent English speaker with excellent English reading & writing skill
• Excellent sales marketing skills
• Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students
