Job Description

• Ensuring department s are in compliance with the companies policies and procedures.
• Preparation of monthly management reports to senior management.
• Prepare GL Reconciliations and identify open items and track closure
• Ensures execution of all selling tactics of the marketing plan.
• Consistent communication with sales team to ensure that sales and marketing priorities and initiatives are executed in the field
• Evaluates processes budgets programs and practices to ensure maximum operational efficiency
• Prepares documents for compliance with regulations
• Communicates internally and externally regarding findings via presentations using charts and graphs
• Prepares and reports on performance measures and benchmarking
• Assists in compiling reviewing and analyzing annual budget submissions
• Execute internal controls and checks as part of the process
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile all accounts on the balance sheet to insure an accurate financial report
• Prepare GL Reconciliations and identify open items and track closure

Qualifications

• University degree with a major in finance, business or accounting
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 5-10+ years' experience within a Finance department
• In depth knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
• Broad based experience in accounting and financial systems
• Experience in working in a large multinational company
• Experience in using Microsoft office
• Excellent English and Arabic skills (both verbal and written)
