نحن نوظف مدير عام مطعم ذو خبرة لمجموعة مطاعم مرموقة في قطر.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة الفريق.
معرفة قوية بعمليات المطاعم وخدمة العملاء ومعايير الجودة.
خبرة في تدريب الموظفين وتوجيههم وإدارة الأداء.
إتقان برنامج MS Excel وإعداد التقارير التشغيلية وتقارير المبيعات.
معرفة جيدة بتكلفة الطعام، ومراقبة المخزون، والميزانية، وإدارة التكاليف.
القدرة على إدارة العمليات اليومية، والتحكم في النفقات، وتحقيق أهداف العمل.
شخصية مهنية، حسنة المظهر، وذات حضور لائق.
الراتب: 8,000-10,000 ريال قطري كحزمة إجمالية، بناءً على الخبرة وأداء المقابلة

المتطلبات
دبلوم/درجة جامعية في إدارة الفنادق أو إدارة الضيافة
خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في عمليات المطاعم، مع خبرة حالية لا تقل عن سنتين كمدير عام لمطعم.
العمر: أقل من 40 عاماً

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards.
Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of operational and sales reports.
Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
Ability to manage daily operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets.
Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
Salary: QAR 8,000-10,000 total package, depending on experience and interview performance

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years of current experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
Age: Below 40 years
