Role Description The Customer Service Supervisor/Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. This role oversees daily customer service operations, guiding and supporting front-line staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising customer service activities, resolving escalated inquiries or concerns, and maintaining service standards and policies. The role also involves promoting medical center services, supporting sales initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance patient engagement and retention. The supervisor collaborates with clinical and administrative teams, prepares regular performance reports, and contributes to process improvements that optimize patient experience and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service Management and Customer Service skills to oversee service delivery and maintain quality standards.
• Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to resolve issues effectively and ensure positive patient experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Experience in healthcare, clinic, or service-oriented environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Doha, Qatar, and manage a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and customer service software; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
