Location: Qatar Contract

We are looking for Junior Civil Engineers for oil and gas projects in Qatar, supporting site supervision, quality and progress monitoring, drawing review, and day-to-day coordination of civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating civil construction activities at the project site.

• Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with civil supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and other project teams.

• Check the quality and progress of civil works and report any issues to senior engineers.

• Review drawings and technical documents and support the implementation of civil works.

• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.

• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with oil and gas safety standards and site procedures.

• Support inspections, measurements, material checks, and other site engineering activities.

• Carry out other civil engineering duties assigned by the senior or project engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant civil engineering experience in GCC countries.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Qatar is mandatory.

• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is required.

• Good knowledge of civil construction, site activities, and engineering practices.

• Ability to read and understand civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Good knowledge of site supervision, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

• Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
