We are looking for a Rigging Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Supervise crane operators, riggers, and mechanics during lifting operations. Ensure all rigging and lifting activities comply with safety procedures and lifting plans. Assist with crane setup and determine appropriate lifting methods and equipment. Direct lifting operations and coordinate manpower, tools, and materials. Read and interpret lifting plans, drawings, and project documentation. Maintain work records and ensure completion of assigned tasks. Enforce safety regulations, PPE requirements, and good housekeeping practices. Ensure personnel are familiar with emergency procedures and site safety requirements. Knowledge of crawler crane assembly, dismantling, and safe operational procedures in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a heavy lift organization. Experience in construction, industrial, marine, or dredging projects (oil and gas project). Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging gear, and lifting techniques. Preferred Valid Safe Rigging Supervisor Certification. Ability to read lifting plans, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Good English communication skills. Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk assessment.
