مأمور الأمتعة / حامل الحقائب
يتولى صاحب هذا المنصب مسؤولية الترحيب بالضيوف واستقبالهم وفقًا لمعايير الشركة. ومساعدة الضيوف في حمل أمتعتهم، والرد على الاستفسارات، والترويج لمنتجاتنا وخدماتنا.
- الترحيب بالضيوف واستقبالهم عند المدخل الرئيسي.
- المساعدة في تنظيم حركة السير عند المدخل.
- مساعدة الضيوف القادمين والمغادرين عبر فتح وإغلاق أبواب السيارات وسيارات الأجرة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المدخل وغرفة الأمتعة.
- ضمان نقل واستلام الأمتعة في الوقت المحدد.
- تقديم المعلومات و/أو المساعدة للضيوف عند الحاجة.
- تذكر أسماء الضيوف ولا سيما الضيوف المكررين والمقيمين لفترات طويلة.
- الترحيب بالضيوف أثناء مرورهم عبر البهو لتقديم خدمة مخصصة.
- التحقق من تسجيل جميع مهام العمل بشكل صحيح في السجلات المخصصة. واستخدام سجل المناوبة لتوثيق الأمور الهامة.
المؤهلات
- مؤهل ثانوي / شهادة الثانوية العامة
- خبرة سابقة في وظيفة مماثلة
- إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية قراءةً ومحادثةً
- يفضل القدرة على التحدث باللغة الروسية

Job Description
Bell/Luggage Attendant
This position is responsible to welcome and greet our guests in line with our company standards. Assist the guests with their luggage, respond to inquiries, and upsell our products and services.
- Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance.
- Assist in driveway management.
- Assist arrivals and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and baggage room.
- Ensure timely pick up and deliveries pertaining to baggage handling.
- Provide information and/or assistance to guests as and when required.
- Remember individual guest’s names especially repeat and long staying guests.
- Greet guests as they pass through the lobby to extend a personalized service.
- Ensure all job assignments are properly logged in respective logbooks. Use the Duty Log to document matters of importance.
Qualifications
- Secondary / High school education
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak Russian language is preferred
