الغرض الرئيسي من الوظيفة
تحت إشراف رئيس التخطيط، يكون مهندس التخطيط مسؤولاً عن توجيه والإشراف على وظائف تخطيط العمليات، وتخطيط الصيانة، والتخطيط المركزي، وتخطيط الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان دعم جميع مرافق RLIC بشكل صحيح بالموارد والخطط والمواد والميزانيات اللازمة لضمان تشغيل آمن وموثوق وفعال من حيث التكلفة لمحطات RLIC.
الخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة- خبرة من 10 إلى 12 سنة في مجال النفط والغاز بما في ذلك خبرة عملية في تخطيط وجدولة الصيانة، والتحكم في العمل، والتعاقد وإجراءات ضبط الميزانية والتكاليف.
- معرفة عملية قوية بتطبيقات MS Office، وبرامج التخطيط المتخصصة مثل MS Project وPrimavera P6 وAPM وSAP والبرامج الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- معرفة متعمقة بأدوات التخطيط مثل SAP-PM وMM وغير ذلك من التقنيات والفلسفة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة مشاريع وتقديم وإدارة وقت قوية.
المؤهلات التعليميةبكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معترف بها دولياً، ويفضل الحصول على عضوية مهنية في جمعية / معهد هندسي معترف به.
Job description
Primary Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Lead Planning, the Planning Engineer shall be responsible to direct and supervise the functions of Operations Planning, Maintenance Planning, Central Planning, Outsourcing Planning and to coordinate with other Sections to ensure that all RLIC facilities are properly supported by necessary resources, plans, materials and budgets to ensure safe, reliable and cost effective operations of the RLIC Plants.
Required Experience and Skills- 10-12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry including practical experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, work control, contracting and budgetary & cost control procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, specialized planning software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, APM, SAP and other related software.
- In-depth knowledge of planning tools such as SAP-PM, MM and other techniques and philosophy.
- Strong organizational, project management, presentation and time management skills.
Educational QualificationsB.Sc. in Engineering or B.Eng. from an internationally recognized university, preferably with professional membership in a recognized engineering society / institute.
