This role will provide broad legal support across commercial, corporate and operational matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of international agreements. Description * Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts. * Support sponsorship, partnership and supplier agreement negotiations. * Provide practical day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders. * Advise on intellectual property, branding and content-related matters. * Assist with dispute management and pre-litigation issues. * Liaise with and manage external legal counsel where required. * Support the development of legal templates, policies and processes. * Contribute to wider legal, governance and commercial initiatives across the business. * Qualified lawyer from a Common Law jurisdiction. * Approximately 2-5 years PQE. * Strong training from a reputable international or leading regional law firm. * Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. * Experience across commercial, corporate or TMT matters. * Strong attention to detail with sound legal judgement. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
