OFR Intern

In this OFR Intern position

• Support the Customs Service team with basic administrative and documentation tasks related to import, export, and clearance activities.
• Assist in reviewing shipment documents for completeness, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, and other clearance-related records.
• Help with data entry, document filing, system updates, and maintaining accurate shipment records under supervision.
• Coordinate internally with customs service colleagues to follow up on pending documents, approvals, and routine clearance requirements.
• Support preparation of simple reports, trackers, and status updates for internal use.
• Learn and follow standard customs clearance procedures, compliance requirements, and company guidelines.
• Escalate any missing information, discrepancies, or unclear documentation to the assigned supervisor or team member.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer, shipment, and customs-related information.

Now, here is what we need from you!

Education Level

Student or recent graduate pursuing a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration, international trade, customs studies, or a related field.

Experience Level

No prior professional experience required; previous internship, administrative exposure, or basic logistics/customs knowledge is an advantage.
