Your Development Journey You’ll be enrolled in our 4-year Field Engineer Technical Development Program, which blends classroom learning with real-world experience:
- Year 1: Work with guidance and take part in hands-on training at one of our global centers. Travel may be needed to gain real-world experience
- Year 2: Take on more responsibility at the wellsite while continuing to grow your technical skills through hands-on and classroom training
- Years 3 & 4: Expanding your knowledge and skills, and may lead teams at the wellsite while serving as the main contact for our clients
Your day-to-day could include:
- Prepare, deploy, and operate advanced downhole tools to meet specific wellsite objectives
- Utilize cutting-edge simulation software to design and optimize wellsite solutions tailored to client needs
- Analyse performance data and recommend improvements
- Manage equipment logistics and ensure seamless setup and operation at the rig site
- Create detailed post-job reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance
- Deliver front-line engineering support to our customers throughout operations, resolving issues independently
What We’re Looking For - Graduated with bachelor’s degree in engineering (all fields) within the last 24 months
- No more than 1 year of experience
- English language fluent proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse complex problems, apply critical thinking, and make informed decisions
- A passion for hands-on work and learning in dynamic environments (onshore and offshore)
What to Expect This role is physically and mentally demanding. You’ll work 12-hour shifts (day or night), often in tough weather conditions. You may be away from home for extended periods, including weekends and holidays. But if you’re up for the challenge, the rewards are big.

- السنة 1: العمل تحت التوجيه والمشاركة في التدريب العملي في أحد مراكزنا العالمية. قد يكون السفر مطلوبًا لاكتساب خبرة عملية
- السنة 2: تولّي المزيد من المسؤولية في موقع البئر مع الاستمرار في تطوير مهاراتك الفنية من خلال التدريب العملي والصفي
- السنوات 3 و 4: توسيع معرفتك ومهاراتك، وقد تقود فرقًا في موقع البئر أثناء عملك كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لعملائنا
قد تشمل مهامك اليومية:
- إعداد ونشر وتشغيل أدوات أسفل البئر المتقدمة لتلبية أهداف موقع البئر المحددة
- استخدام برامج المحاكاة المتطورة لتصميم وتحسين حلول موقع البئر المصممة خصيصًا لتلبية احتياجات العملاء
- تحليل بيانات الأداء والتوصية بالتحسينات
- إدارة لوجستيات المعدات وضمان الإعداد والتشغيل السلس في موقع الحفر
- إنشاء تقارير مفصلة بعد الانتهاء من العمل ومشاركة الرؤى القابلة للتنفيذ مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية
- تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر مع التركيز القوي على السلامة والجودة والأداء
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي للخطوط الأمامية لعملائنا طوال فترة العمليات، وحل المشكلات بشكل مستقل
ما نبحث عنه- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (جميع التخصصات) خلال الـ 24 شهرًا الماضية
- خبرة لا تتجاوز سنة واحدة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)
- مهارات تواصل وقدرات شخصية قوية
- القدرة على تحليل المشكلات المعقدة، وتطبيق التفكير النقدي، واتخاذ قرارات مدروسة
- شغف بالعمل العملي والتعلم في بيئات ديناميكية (البرية والبحرية)
ما الذي تتوقعههذا الدور يتطلب جهدًا بدنيًا وذهنيًا. ستعمل بنظام المناوبات لمدة 12 ساعة (نهارًا أو ليلاً)، وغالبًا في ظروف جوية صعبة. قد تكون بعيدًا عن المنزل لفترات طويلة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد. ولكن إذا كنت مستعدًا للتحدي، فإن المكافآت كبيرة.
