Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Doha, Qatar. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews and standardized testing, for children, adolescents, and adults. Daily responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family counseling, developing treatment plans, and documenting clinical notes and reports in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with speech therapists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, participating in case conferences, and offering psychoeducation to clients and families. The Clinical Psychologist may also provide clinical supervision to junior staff or trainees and contribute to quality improvement and community outreach activities.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theory to clinical practice.
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing and assessment methods, including interpretation and report writing.
• Experience working with Mental Health conditions across diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to provide Clinical Supervision, mentorship, and guidance to junior clinicians or trainees.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional licensure or eligibility for licensure/registration as a Clinical Psychologist in Qatar, according to local regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
• Experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings and familiarity with developmental, educational, or neuropsychological services is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and maintain a client-centered, culturally sensitive approach.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is considered an asset.
