Responsibilities
Strong technical knowledge of VRF, PACU, AHU, FCU, Split AC, and Window AC systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Extensive experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair works.
Skilled in compressor replacement and other major HVAC component replacements.
Hands-on experience in both Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance.
Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
Experience with refrigerant charging, vacuuming, nitrogen pressure testing, and leak detection.
Capable of working independently and leading maintenance teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HVAC specialization preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience, with strong exposure to corrective maintenance.
