About the Role We're hiring an Architect / Interior Designer to join our Company and work on large-scale commercial, residential, and hotel projects. You'll take designs from concept through construction documentation, working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and clients — shaping everything from spatial layout to ambiance and finishes.
What You'll DoDevelop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes for commercial, residential, and hotel projects Produce technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation Contribute to architectural lighting design as part of the overall ambiance, material, and finish strategy Coordinate with structural, MEP, and electrical teams to keep design intent intact through execution Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve design issues on the ground Prepare and present design proposals internally and to clients
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field5–8 years of experience, including exposure to large-scale commercial and residential or hotel projects A portfolio showing real project involvement — concept to completion Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite An eye for atmosphere, materiality, spatial experience, and architectural lighting design GCC/Qatar experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and comfort working with multi-disciplinary teams Why Join UsWork on real, large-format commercial and hospitality projects Be part of an established group with strong roots in the Qatar market Competitive salary based on experience Room to grow within a design studio that values both creativity and craft
