The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining, replenishing and monitoring guest room mini bars to ensure they are fully stocked, clean and presented according to hotel standards. The role involves checking mini bar consumption, accurately recording and reporting items used, replenishing products promptly, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring all charges are properly communicated to the relevant department. The position requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, a professional appearance and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and hotel service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Inspect mini bars regularly to ensure cleanliness, presentation and product quality
• Record consumed, missing and expired items accurately
• Update mini bar charges and consumption records promptly
• Maintain adequate stock levels of mini bar products
• Check expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding mini bar requirements
• Report discrepancies, damaged items and maintenance issues to the relevant department
• Ensure mini bar areas are clean, organized and properly arranged
• Handle guest requests related to mini bar items professionally
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety and service standards
• Protect guest privacy and respect hotel room access procedures
• Complete daily mini bar reports accurately and on time
• Assist with other housekeeping or guest service duties when required

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in minibar, housekeeping, room attendant or a similar hotel role
• Good knowledge of hotel service and housekeeping standards
