We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our automotive team in Lusail. The ideal candidate must have previous CRM experience within the automotive industry and strong knowledge of CRM/DMS systems. Key Requirements3–5 years of relevant CRM experience in the automotive industry – mandatory. Experience with CRM/DMS systems and Keyloop (Autoline). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment. Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills. Immediate availability to join. Key Responsibilities Manage customer information and maintain accurate CRM records. Follow up with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales and after-sales teams regarding customer inquiries and appointments. Monitor customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and service activities through the CRM/DMS system. Prepare CRM reports and maintain accurate customer databases. Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
