Requirements Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in real estate leasing or property management within Qatar . Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Qatari real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and contract documentation. Languages: Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage. Key Skills: Strong negotiation, team leadership, strategic marketing, market analysis, and customer service skills. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, property management software, and MS Office Suite.
