Responsible of completing daily, weekly and month end inventories as required. Responsible to respective inventory cards and rotate perishable in storerooms. Receive and stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to the appropriate department. Stack received merchandise on pallets or carts. Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies. Notify the manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner. Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading carts and placing in appropriate storerooms. Ensure all standards and established Four Seasons department standards are met with the utmost accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 Years of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel or resort. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task! Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Degree & Diploma Accounting is preferred but not required
مسؤول عن إكمال الجرد اليومي والأسبوعي وشهر النهاية كما هو مطلوب. مسؤول عن بطاقات الجرد الخاصة وتدوير المنتجات القابلة للفساد في المخازن. استلام وتكوين mercanc؟ (merchandise) حسب القسم، وضع العلامات بشكل مناسب للتموضع في المرفق، وتوصيل البضائع إلى القسم المناسب. رص البضائع المستلمة على منصات أو عربات. إكمال نماذج الطلب للجرد والتجهيزات. إخطار المدير/المشرف بمستويات المخزون المنخفضة في الوقت المناسب. التعامل مع جميع عمليات تسليم البضائع إلى الأقسام المناسبة داخل الفندق بما في ذلك التحميل والتفريغ ووضعها في مخازن مناسبة. التأكد من استيفاء جميع المعايير ومعايير القسم الأربعة لفندق Four Seasons بدقة قصوى.
المرشح المطلوب
1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في منصب مماثل مع فندق فاخر أو منتجع. سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي شخصية منفتحة ونهج يمكن الاعتماد عليه في أي مهمة! يتطلب القراءة والكتابة ومهارة الشفوية في اللغة الإنجليزية. يفضل الحصول على شهادة محاسبة أو دبلوم ولكن ليس مطلوباً
