Role Overview

Support daily operations of utility systems, ensuring reliable system performance, data flow, and communication between field devices and central platforms

Key Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operations Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and system issues Coordinate with IT, engineering, and field teams Maintain logs, reports, and operational documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field4+ years in systems operations or similar environment Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
