Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Doha, Qatar. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing food and beverage preparation. The Barista will also ensure adherence to health and safety standards and contribute to creating a welcoming and warm environment for patrons.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Barista skills, including crafting coffee and specialty beverages to high standards Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven ability to engage positively with customers and team members Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally Knowledge of Food Preparation standards and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a similar role, is a plus
