Role Description

We are currently seeking a factory manager for our production facility in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The factory manager will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control of all products, and providing leadership and direction to the production staff.

Qualifications

• Pre- and post-operational hygiene inspection
• Microanalysis and reports of meat and meat products as per the sampling plan and raising the NCR of any out-of-spec products.
• CCP/OPRP and PRP monitoring and raising corrective action requests for any deviation.
• Goods receiving inspection.
• Retail and Horeca finished product monitoring, temperature inspection, and preparing reports.
• Verification of product specification and taking corrective action in case of deviation.
• Issuing and monitoring the chemicals required for production.
• To control the thawing system and verify thawing.
• To ensure correct and approved concentrations, chemicals are used for product contact surfaces.
• Monitoring and control for GMP, GLP, housekeeping, pest control, and the master sanitation program.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
• Monitoring of expiry inside production and storage.
• Uploading of QC reports to server.
• Control and issuance of labels for HORECA as GSO.
• To maintain teamwork and healthy communication within production and housekeeping.
• Any queries, doubts, or suggestions for continual improvement of the factory shall be appreciated
• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Experience in Quality Control and Operations Management
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 5 years Experience in the meat industry
