Qualifications:


  • Culinary degree or relevant Pastry/Bakery certification.
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in both Pastry and Bakery.
  • Strong creative and artistic skills in pastry presentation.
  • Proficiency in a variety of pastry techniques and baking methods.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
