AMI Program Support Engineer

Responsibilities: He/She should be sound in electrical devices – IOT devices, Meter I/O, Electrical Parameters, I/O connectivity, Networking, Communication, RCA.

He/She must Manage and Operate AMI Smart Meter Operations, Monitor and submit various reports- Billing, non-communication meter, Issue Logs, Monitor Fraud/Power theft Analysis, and operate AMI SMOC platform for operations.

Core Competences:

Should be aware (Available Industrial Usage) AMI Sub Systems: HES, MDMS, AMC, JDE, CMS and AI based various reports for analysis.

Like: Oracle, Siemens, Trilliant, BOSCH, Genus, Landy’s and Gear, Itron etc., 

Should have experience in Meter Configurations and Load Profile parameters analysis- Itron, Holy, Iskra, L&G, Honeywell etc.,

Experience Required:

7+ Years – AMI Smart Meter Operations- HES, MDMS, AMC, JDE, Various Report Analysis like No communication meter, Billing, Connection & Disconnection, Meter (IP, Meter, Sim, Com-module) Mismatch, Water Leakage Analysis, Contractor follow-ups also worked on various makes and models of smart meters and filed operations – worked for Utility (SMART Digital Meters both Electric and Water meters) companies.

Siemens AMI Systems certification (If you have it, Chances of Selection is Easy)

Education:

  • Engineering/Master’s degree: Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Systems Engineering/Electronics & Communications.
