Senior Recruitment Officer (With F&B background)

About Us: We are a high-end restaurant and hospitality business based in Qatar, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and hospitality services. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist with background in the restaurant and hospitality industry to join our HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the organization, with a focus on restaurant service and kitchen operations, and health and wellness roles.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for different departments and locations.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 3 years experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry in GCC
- Deep knowledge of restaurant service operations, kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and wellness practices and regulations for gym facilities or similar establishments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications
