Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Engineer located in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems. The Fire Alarm Engineer will be responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs. The Fire Alarm Engineer will also work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians on site to ensure proper functioning of all fire safety systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Safety, and Life Safety
- Knowledge and experience with Fire Suppression Systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications relevant to fire alarm systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of safety engineering principles
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as NICET or CFPS are a plus
