Role Description

Electrical Engineer with minimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.

• Experience preferred in Qatara Energy projects & QAFCO.
• Must have expertise in project documentation as per Oil & Gas standards and able to prepare method statements,JHA & work permits.
• Knowledge about cable tray installations,supports,power cable laying and termination.
• Knowledge about equipment installation as per Oil & Gas standards.
• Reviewing all engineering design drawings,performing required electrical calculations.
• Preparing,scheduling,cordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
• Ensuring compliance to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Keeping a track of all ongoing electrical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven work experience in the Engineering department as an Electrical Project Engineer,Electrical Engineer or a similar role.
• Complete knowledge of health and safety protocols.
• Excellent technical and researching skills.
• Familiarity with AUTOCAD software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• A team player as well as able to work independently.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage strict deadlines.
• Qatar Driving License.
• UPDA Preferred.
