MAINTENANCE

Primary Purpose Of Job

• Ensure the integrity and sustainability of the Oil and Gas Production and Processing Facilities at Production Station NFA by effective maintenance management of the Instrumentation and control system.
• Manage quality instrument maintenance implementation programs that match the department policy for the integrated Oil and Gas Production & Processing facilities at Production station.
• Responsible for the implementation of quality instrumentation maintenance, such that integrity and reliability requirements are met for NFA assets.
• Provide accurate diagnostics of instrumentation loops which can upset the process and mange to overcome the problem in professional manner whilst manpower and material requirement are optimized to meet department targets.
  
  
  

Experience & Skills

Minimum ten (10) years varied experience in the installation, maintenance and fault finding of electronics and pneumatic instruments and control system in the petrochemical industry.

Education

BSc in a relevant engineering discipline with an aptitude for understanding drawings, P&lDs, cause and effects of complex microprocessor and/or pneumatic based field and package instrumentation control system
