The Role
The Reservation Agent is responsible for assisting the Reservations team in managing the Reservations Department and working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room revenue through inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Work experience in either Reservation or Front Office will be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-task
- Arabic speaker
