Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role located in Doha with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to achieve sales goals and targets.


Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Leadership skills experience a minimum of 5 years in the Qatar market. (Required)
  • Experience in the EPS/XPS manufacturing industry, or Building Materials, Waterproofing, or Geotextiles. (Required)
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus

Note: Experience in the construction and insulation industry, knowledge of local market trends and regulations, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets would be beneficial for the role.
